INDIAN PHARMACOPOEIA COMMISSION
Applications are invited for the following vacant post at the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ghaziabad, through a Manpower Resource Outsourcing Services Providing Agency.
Details of Manpower Requirement
Name of the Post: Materiovigilance Associate
Salary: ₹32,000/-
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Master’s degree in Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Research, or a related field such as Quality Management.
Experience: 2 years in production, quality, regulatory affairs, post-market surveillance, or research related to medical devices.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze medical device adverse event (MDAE) reports from MAHs/MDMCs/AMCs/Consumers.
Organize national and international meetings, seminars, webinars, workshops, and awareness programs on medical devices for healthcare professionals, medical device industries, and consumers to promote the safety and efficacy of medical devices.
Prepare e-newsletters, guidance documents, monthly progress reports, and informational materials related to MvPI to keep stakeholders updated.
Regularly update MvPI activities, including MDMC list, e-newsletters, posters, training brochures, etc., on the IPC website.
Period of Engagement:
The contract tenure will be for one year. However, if the work
or conduct of the staff is found unsatisfactory during the contract period, services may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason.
General Instructions:
The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies and to reject/select/cancel applications received without assigning any reason.
Interviews will be conducted at IPC, Ghaziabad. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
It is not obligatory for IPC or the Manpower Outsourcing Service Agency to call every applicant for an interview. Preference may be given to candidates with desirable experience.
Experience and age may be relaxed at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
