Job Description
Requirement for the role:
- Manufacturing products with the highest quality standards to consumers belonging to different regions of the world.
- Maintain documentation as per GMP requirements.
- Follow and maintain batch records of the fermentation and recovery process of the nutraceutical product.
- Participating in first-party, second-party, and third-party audits.
- Charging of batches as per production plan with a shift in charge.
- Calibration of Instrumentation Probes.
- Perform in-process analysis of production batches.
- Monitor & Record online process parameters of batches.
- Cleaning of all production equipment.
- Following food safety procedures in the above operations.
- Following safety guidelines and procedures.
Potentially relevant experience:
- Bachelor of Science or Pharmacy with knowledge of microbiology.
- Prior experience of 1 year is preferred.
- Good documentation skills.
- Should be a quick learner and ready to take responsibilities.
- Ready to work in shifts.
- Ready to Work at Wada, Palghar Location.
