Advertisement for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in Department of Chemistry
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work on a SERB research project in the Department of Chemistry, IIT Hyderabad.
Project Details
The candidate will work on metal halide perovskites nanocrystals for catalysis and optoelectronics applications using computational modelling.
Duration of Appointment
The position is initially for one year. After completion of the first year, the expert committee will assess the candidate’s performance and the position can be extended for another one year.
Eligibility
Candidates with M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Chemistry from reputed institutions/universities can apply for the JRF position. Minimum percentage of B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees are 55 and 60 %, respectively. Candidates having NET(LS) and/or valid GATE are preferred.
Fellowship and Allowances
Rs. 31000 + 24% HRA per month. Accommodation inside the IITH campus is subject to availability. If availed the campus accommodation, HRA will not be provided.
