Chemistry QA Executive at Klüber Lubrication, Apply Online
Klüber Lubrication is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive – QA. Responsibilities
- Handling Raw materials & Packing materials Incoming Inspection: Ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and packaging materials through thorough inspection.
- Taking care of in Process inspection & Final Testing of products (kettle release & Final release): Conduct inspections and testing during the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Periodic maintenance and calibration of laboratory Instruments (including Annual Maintenance): Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments on a regular basis.
- Handling the process of analysis of used lubricant samples received from customers: Analyze used lubricant samples received from customers in order to identify any potential issues.
- Customer concerns and carrying out appropriate Corrective & Preventive action: Address customer concerns and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Overall supervision of the Quality Assurance activities: Provide supervision and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of quality assurance activities.
- Experience in Testing & Analysis as per International standard (ASTM/DIN etc.): Perform testing and analysis according to international standards.
- Knowledge on complaint handling: Possess knowledge and skills in effectively handling customer complaints.
- Vendor / new RM development activities: Collaborate with vendors and contribute to the development of new raw materials.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in QA and R&D from a Multi National Company
- Analytical ability
- Exposure to ERP based system, preferably SAP-QM, ISO systems (TS 16949) and TQM is desirable
