Job Title: Emulsion Research Executive
Elibgility Criteria: – M.Sc. (Polymer or Organic Chemistry)/ Chemistry – Well acquainted with computer basics for Data analysis and preparing technical reports – Polymer synthesis and characterization
Desired: – Skilful to synthesize polymers, design experiments, reproduce and scale up to pilot level – Ability to interpret data using analytical tools like- thermal analysis: DSC, TGA, DMA; spectroscopic analysis: FTIR, NMR; Morphology: SEM, TEM, AFM, etc.
Experience: 1.00 to 5.00 years
Job Description

1) Methodically conduct experiments for product development and establish a process.
2) Ability to use and interpret advanced characterization/analytical tools

1) Data recording in lab book and company soft database (OPTIVA)
2) Number of technical reports, presentations, articles, and invention disclosures.
3) Number of new concepts introduced and proven in the form of prototypes
4) Participation in safety audits, instrument calibrations, and maintenance, and conducting risk assessments or regular activities
