Project Title: MOMI- Biorepository local analysis-INDIA.
Duration: Initially for six months and may be extended after performance evaluation on every six months till the end of the project.
Age Limit: 40 years as of 8th July 2021.
Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in Natural Science (Chemistry)
with a minimum of 60% marks in all qualifying exams. The candidate must have at least one publication in a science citation indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable Qualifications: The candidate must have hands-on experience on mass
spectrometry-based proteomics (proteomics sample preparation, data collection, and data
analysis). This project will deal with placental proteomics study using LC-MS/MS on store
samples in Biobank to access the sample quality for proteomics. A small subset of samples will be used for differential proteomics using the label-free quantitation method.

No. of Position: One
Fellowship: Rs. 60,762/- (Consolidated) per month.
