Job Title: Scientist

Job Description

Purpose of the role:

Work with R & D team member for the development of robust processes for APIs in coordination with AR&D, TSD, IP, RA and DQA and create documentation for technology transfer and plant execution of cGMP and DMF stages.

Key Responsibilities for Scientist Post Vacancy:

• Design and conduct experiments related to process optimization and/or feasibility studies to develop safe and robust process keeping in view QbD principles and plant execution.
• Identify potential opportunities in product development by literature search keeping in view IP and RA landscape.
• Characterize the structure by appropriate spectral data (1HNMR, Mass, 13CNMR, IR, UV etc.).
• Compliance to GLP-Maintain GLP (good laboratory practices) & GDP (good documentation practices) in the laboratory in order to adhere to SOPs & compliance. Closure of all ELN experiment on-line in time bound fashion.
• Work with DOE expert to conduct DOE experiments.
• Interact with process engineer to develop robust process and troubleshoot any process related issues.
• Prepare documents to facilitate technology transfer and plant execution.
• Facilitate plant execution and solve scale up related issues at plant.
• Share common work in the laboratory to help smoothly run the project.
• Support the internal & external customer (AR & D, TSD, IP, RA, DQA and cross functional team) by providing technical inputs in order to maintain strong relations with customers.
• Maintain team work and share knowledge across project team.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required: M Sc Chemistry with 2-4 yrs.

• experience in Process R&D API.
