Obligation:

Business/ Customer:

• Interacts with Client/customer to manage and resolve customer demands with effective queue management (prioritization of demand).
• Provides project updates.
• Create/collate routine reports for client report meetings.
• Ensures data integrity of data presented to the client.

CODING:

• Compliance with timelines for coding activities.
• Ensure Compliance with Coding Reports.
• Perform Dictionary up-versioning activity.
• Serve as an SME to Medical Reviewers concerning the coding activities and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Cognizant onsite Medical Coding Specialist/Lead Data Manager.
• Deliver or coordinate training for onsite and off-shore medical coders.
• Participate in the creation and upkeep of project-specific coding conventions.
• Coordinate to manage Rave certain problems.Use daily coding activities as a  to specify as well as produce metrics.Provide timely feedback, as well as hold regular
• connect meetings and also project meetings for different issues and also updates.
• Coordinate with data managers working on the same research.
• Perform Operational QC.
• Periodic Capture of Metrics and reporting.

• Face Internal, Client or Regulatory audits and also aid in closure of findings wherever applicable.
• Responsible for the general high quality of deliverables from the Data monitoring team.
• Perform the Operational QC (sample QC) for the DM deliverables.
• People management and resource/work allocation across projects.

Project/ Process:

• Ensure process deliverables are fulfilled.
• Acts as an SME for the team to Identify & resolve issues as well as record all process changes.
• Monitor & review first level processing.
• Process complex Transactions.
• Handle first-level escalations from the client.
• Identify and analyze service improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Perform top quality checks/audits to guarantee data integrity, error-free processing & identification of risks.
• Identify and report process adjustments.
• Adhere to the necessary industry regulation as well as compliance needs for the given process.
• Perform Audit, Foresee Risk and institutionalize necessary controls.

Knowledge Management:

• Perform knowledge sharing.
• Update Process documentation/ user manuals as appropriate for the procedure.
  Participate in knowledge transfer.

People/Team Management:

• Ensures alignment to org driven metrics and hygiene needs in regards to.
  a Pyramid and Span.
