Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry (Food technology / Food science/Analytical / Organic) or Pharmaceutical Sciences with 5-7 years of experience.
- Exceptional breadth of food industry experience is preferable.
- Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with diplomacy and enthusiasm.
- Technical and analytical skills required including the ability to interpret technical information.
- Must have hands-on experience in working with chemical methods and handling instruments like HPLC, UHPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, ICP-OES/MS, FTIR, UV-Visible.
- Should have a fair understanding of GLP regulations and exposed to external regulatory audits
Job Role:
- Literature Look for the USP/FCC/NF Jobs
- To ensure the Jobs requirements by coordinating with the Group Leader.
- To be sure the understanding of food samples groundwork and different extraction processes.
- Working understanding of food components and Food products for process development and Validation
- Provided powerful technical and scientific experience regarding food analytic advancement
- Engage in job preparation, implementation, strategy development and analysis of projects based on set criteria as USP general chapters, guidelines, SOPs, and protocols.
- Make sure the job updates are offered to the manager on frequently.
- To organize with Group Leader to finish the USP/ FCC/NF jobs within timelines.
- Responsible for inspection of the documents and documents.
- To make certain that the calibrations of these gear are performed in accordance with the schedule.
- Accountable for planning, executing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ of new tools.
- To indent the compulsory glassware, columns, and compounds to your USP/FCC/NF projects.
- To preserve GLP & security procedures while operating in Laboratory.
