Applications are invited for a temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Senior Research Fellow
(SRF)/Research Associate (RA). M.SC chemistry candidates can apply for this post. below are the details of the post:
Position 1
Project Title: “Asymmetric Total Synthesis of Marine Natural Products Ammonificins A-D and Their Analogs”.
Job Title: Project staff (JRF)
Essential Qualification:
For JRF: For JRF: Possessing M.Sc. degree in Chemistry (Specialization: Organic Chemistry) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA and passing NET/GATE test.
Pay Scale: JRF: Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees twelve thousand) only per month.
Age Limit: Candidate shall not be more than 28 years.
Duration: Till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier.
Position 2
Job Title: SRF
Qualification: Possessing M.Sc. degree in Chemistry with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA and at least 2 years of research experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand) only per month.
Age Limit: 32 years.
Position 3
Job Title: RA
Qualification: Possessing Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with research work in the area of synthetic organic chemistry.
Pay Scale: Rs. 36,000/- (Rupees thirty-six thousand) only per month.
Age Limit: preferably below 40 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Upper age limit
may be relaxed as per Government of India rules.How To Apply: Interested candidates may send their applications along with bio-data to the Principal Investigator on or before 20/07/2018. Shortlisted candidates may appear before the interview board with original and self-attested photocopies of mark sheets, certificates from 10th standard onwards, testimonials, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate, certificates of NET/GATE or similar examination qualifications, any other testimonials and a copy of recent curriculum vitae (CV). The interview will be held in the first week of August 2018.
N.B:
1)No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
2) Those in employment or doing Ph.D. must submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the concerned
employer / Ph.D. Supervisor.
