Job Description:
- Ensure compliance to the OECD Principles of GLP
- Receipt and dispatch of documents/SOPs, Study Plans and Study Reports
- Maintain copies of approved SOPs and Study Plans for ongoing Studies
- Preparation, Review of SOPs and general documents
- Review of Study Plans, Raw Data and Reports
- Participate in scheduling of inspections
- Performing Study based, Facility based and Process-based inspections
- Updating the issues/concerns and non-conformances to Head-QAU
- Report the findings of inspections to Management and other relevant personnel as per the SOP
- Maintenance of QAU documents up-to-date
- Routine verification of logs Qa activities
- Submission of QAU related documents / records to Archives
- Any other job indicated by the Management or Head, QA
