Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate Scientist- Formulation
Job Description:
- DP stability studies both for developmental/exploratory as well as per ICH guidelines.
- Should possess experience in formulation process Scale-up and Technology transfer to DP filling site.
Qualifications:
- Education : Minimum M. Pharm
- Experience : >5 years of industrial experience in handling Large molecule formulations (Biotherapeutics & Vaccines)
- Should demonstrate effective communication skills and have actively participated in writing reports for regulatory submissions.
Technical:
- Should possess thorough knowledge of developing both Liquid and Lyophilized formulations for protein drugs with emphasis on High concentration mAbs.
- Should possess a sound know-how of various analytical test methods as well as data interpretation of these methods, especially stability indicating tests. Hands-on experience in HPLC based methods and Capillary based methods is preferable.
- Have executed at least one development program on protein formulations using Design of experiments approach.
- Should possess knowledge of designing
