Job Title: Engineer – Process Automation
Location: Bangalore
Eligibility Criteria & Experience:
- A Degree in Chemical Engineering preferably with a focus on Biotech
- Alternatively, candidates have a comparable education with relevant professional experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry and have gained initial experience in Process Engineering
- Minimum of 3-4-year experience in designing of the Biotech Projects
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for bioprocess engineering of biopharmaceutical systems, process design documents (e.g. PFD, PID), and functional design documents (e.g. Process Description)
- Should posses sound knowledge on equipment selection criteria like Fermentation Bioreactors, TFF, Chromatography, Filling Lines, etc.
- Review of Software design documents
- Responsibility for on-time and target-oriented processing after receiving the assignment of work packages
- Point of contact for internal and external communication in responsibility (internal consultant for project team – translator from customer requirements into the project)
- Process Automation support of FAT/SAT activities
