Job Description:

Candidate should have exposure of:

• Physical & Chemical Analysis of all materials related to cement such as clinker, Fly-Ash, Lime-stone, Slag, gypsum etc.
• Good in shift working, capable to attend trouble shooting during shift operation and handling of shift manpower.
• Calibration of laboratory Equipment’s.
• Knowledge & methodology of ambient as well as stack Pollution Monitoring.
• Well conversant with working and knowledge on X-ray analyzer and X-ray diffraction meter and initiate control actions.
• Computer proficiency & SAP knowledge required.
• Materials handling related to lab & cement.
• Familiar with BIS, STI for records keeping / testing’s & manufacturing process of cement.
• Statutory Compliance: Co-ordination & monitor maintenance of all statutory BIS standard & Environment.

Mandatory Skill:

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Computer Proficiency.
• Good analysis and testing skills in chemical and physical laboratory.
• Good knowledge of operation and control of laboratory equipment’s.
• Knowledge of BIS specification & standards.

Qualifications: 

• M.Sc (Chemistry)

• 8-10 Years in QC Cement Manufacturing Process.

• (Knowledge of SAP will be preferred).
