Applications are invited for the post of, JRF/SRF/RA in a CSIR, New Delhi sponsored scheme entitled, “Room Temperature Ionic Liquids………. Studies” for a period of 6 months. Monthly stipend will be as per the rule of BHU. The post is to be filled immediately and purely temporary, coterminous with the project.

Upper Age Limit : The upper age limits are 32 and 35 years respectively for SRF and RA. A relaxation or 5 years in upper age limit will be given to SC/ST/Physically handicapped/ Female candidates. Candidates with experience of research in synthetic organic chemistry or Physical chemistry in condensed phase will be given preference. All things being equal SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
Emoluments : Rs. 25,000/- + HRA per month
Qualifications:
i) M.Sc (Chemistry) with 55% marks having GATE or NET qualification (for JRF),
ii) M.Sc (Chemistry) with 55% marks having 2 years of post-M.Sc. research experience in relevant field or project (preferably having published papers in standard refereed journals) (for SRF) and
iii) Ph.D. in Physical/ Organic/Inorganic chemistry/Analytical (For RA).
