Post of Technical Assistant
Applications are invited for one Technical Assistant position in the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) sponsored research project (No. 36(4)/14/36/2015-BRNS) at Central University of South Bihar, Patna, on purely temporary basis, co-terminus with the duration of the project.
Title of the project: Spatial distribution of uranium and associated water quality parameters in groundwater/ drinking water of five districts (Buxar, Bhojpur, Kaimur, Rohtas and Patna) of Bihar.
Duration: Initially for one year and extendable up to 2 years or till the end of project, whichever is earlier.
Fellowship /Remuneration: Rs 8000/- p.m. (consolidated).
Qualifications: B.Sc. (Chemistry/Environmental Science/ Environment and water management. Candidates having working experience/ knowledge of water quality monitoring / M.Sc (Chemistry/ Environmental Science) will be preferred.
Age limit: Not more than 28 years as on last date of application which is relaxed as per Govt of India norms.
