  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP hands-on knowledge (COR1, COR2, COR3/4/5/S/T/I/7, MB51 /52, MMBE, etc – PP module).

Position Summary:

To maintain daily SAP work of all lines and do TECO on time. Informing shift executives and

managers of any errors in SAP. Responsible for monitoring the data of SPC, OEE, and other production-related data. This role is also suitable for candidates exploring a career as a chemical analyst within manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

OPERATING SAP

  • Check that all raw and packing materials are booked correctly in SAP daily.
  • Ensure error-free TECO through Production.
  • Do TECO daily for further analysis, so finance can make the cost report on time.
  • Check shop floor stock levels of all materials in SAP vs. physical with the help of store people and clear them daily.
  • SAP super user and help team for further deployment of any new improvement, along with fresher training.

OTHER ROUTINE WORK

  • Check OEE(Power BI) and SPC entry on a daily basis. Double-check the previous day(s) production data in SPC and OEE, and correct if required, and coach operators and leaders to improve.
  • Maintain all files that are related to the monthly report. Verify data on a regular basis.
  • Report preparation for Monthly Safety and Production performance, presenting to the team.
  • Weekly/Monthly Production KPI along with loss reasons, with the help of the Line Manager, share with the Production Manager.
  • Safety Parameters tracking: Incident Investigation, CAPA closure, PTRA, BOS, Good
  • Record catch, near misses, etc., and submit a weekly report to the Sr. Production Manager.
  • Responsible for day-to-day activities with the line manager.
  • Other jobs are assigned by the manager as per business need.
