Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc. or Diploma in Chemical/Electrical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in production environments
- Knowledge of production processes, manpower handling, safety rules, and basic equipment maintenance
Job Overview:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and consistent production while building quality into every product. The role involves supervising the shop floor, maintaining equipment, adhering to production procedures, and leading teams to achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the manufacturing of products using the correct raw materials and adhering to batch procedures.
- Maintain equipment and perform basic autonomous maintenance
- Lead toolbox meetings and delegate shift responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness, productivity, and adherence to safety and environmental standards
- Maintain production records, logs, and data entry
- Identify and report issues, breakdowns, and maintenance needs
- Supervise manpower to ensure daily work completion and shift inventory management
- Follow ISO 9001/14001 systems and procedures strictly
