Job Responsibilities

Prepares working plan for assigned projects and provides timeline to Manager.

Develops stability-indicative analytical methods for drug substance and finished product.

Responsible for all activities in Analytical Development, including cGLP, documentation, and implementation of departmental quality systems.

Applies AQbD approach to analytical method development where applicable.

Responsible for protocol preparation, planning, execution, review, and reporting of analytical method validation parameters.

Ensures method validation follows SOPs and approved protocols.

Responsible for method verifications and publishing of analytical methods.

Archives validation documents and SOPs of Pharmaceutical.

Performs analytical testing (assay, related substances, wet chemistry) for API and PE/PO samples.

Conducts dissolution and physical testing for API releasing.

Supports dosage submission testing.
-
Handles OOS and OOT investigations.
-
Raises Change Controls via QMS for SOP and departmental updates.

Prepares SOPs for operations and calibration.
-
Supports tech transfer and collaborative validation across departments.

Communicates with team to ensure compliance and outcomes.

Troubleshoots complex stability issues for Pharmaceutical Job Opportunity.

Participates in mandatory training and department housekeeping.

Maintains strong cross-functional relationships to deliver projects on time.

Adheres to safety, cGMP, and compliance requirements.

Calibrates and maintains analytical instruments.

Job Requirements
Education
-
Graduate/Postgraduate in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-
Expertise in instruments: HPLC, GC, UV, IR, dissolution apparatus, wet chemistry, bench techniques.

Strong HPLC method development and validation experience.

Familiarity with document control: SOPs, protocols, reports, investigations.

In-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines and cGMP practices.

Instrument and analysis troubleshooting skills.
-
Proficient in Windows-based software and automated systems.

LIMS experience is a plus.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience
-
BSc with 5 years, MSc with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical R&D lab.

Strong background in chromatographic method development and validation.
