GC-MS / LC-MS Data Analysis Trainer

We are hiring a passionate and experienced GC LCMS Data Analyst to train aspiring professionals in this high-demand field.
Role: GC-MS / LC-MS Data Analysis Trainer
As the trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering a comprehensive training program, combining both theory and hands-on instruction on chromatographic principles, instrumentation, data interpretation, and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design
- Develop modules for GC, HPLC, and LC-MS/MS techniques
- Cover instrumentation, method development, calibration, validation, and data interpretation
- Create assignments, case studies, and recorded lessons
Training Delivery
- Conduct live online/offline sessions and Q&A rounds
- Demonstrate software tools like ChemStation, MassHunter, and Xcalibur
- Educate students on GLP, GMP, FDA, and ICH compliance
Student Assessment & Feedback
- Design practical assessments and hands-on exercises
- Provide feedback to support skill development
Industry Relevance
- Share practical insights and challenges from analytical labs
- Stay updated on the latest software and data analysis techniques
Qualifications
Education
- M.Sc./Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with GC, HPLC, or LC-MS data analysis
- Background in regulated industries (pharma, CROs, food labs) preferred
- Teaching/training experience is an added advantage
Skills
- Strong grasp of chromatography and mass spectrometry
- Experience with data processing software and instruments
- Effective communication and mentorship skills
