Position: Account Manager II Nutrition & Wellness
Location: India
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client maintenance and new business development in the Nutrition and Health Department.
- Provide effective market promotion according to the department’s marketing and service strategies preferred for Account Manager II Job.
- Actively and effectively manage client projects, understand client needs, and follow up in a timely manner to improve client satisfaction and increase client loyalty.
- Achieve performance assessment goals and complete tasks assigned by relevant business departments.
Job Requirements for Account Manager II Job:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in medicine, chemistry, nutrition, or related fields. Experience in the third-party testing and certification industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service awareness, good expression and communication skills.
- Responsible and diligent in work, proactive, strong execution ability, and strong learning and adaptability skills.
