Job Summary
The position is responsible for tasks related to flow chemistry, design flow chemistry setups, transfer of technology to plant for commercial production, and troubleshooting of existing tech, etc.
Responsibility
Experience in:
- Handling Corning, VapourTech, Chemtrix, Coflore, Fixed Bed, Plug flow reactor, etc.
- Designing flow chemistry setups.
- Carrying out experiments in a microreactor.
- Converting existing batch chemistry to flow chemistry.
- Basic knowledge of chemical characterization, regulatory, quality guidelines, and documentation.
- Literature search and preparing product dossiers.
- Transferring technology to the plant for commercial scale-up.
- Troubleshooting running technologies in plant.
- Preparing technology transfer documents and getting audited.
- Supporting in addressing regulatory queries.
- Compliance by following GDP and GLP in the lab.
- Generating intellectual properties by publishing patents/papers.
- Working in a team, energetic, innovative thinking, and willingness to take responsibilities.
Travel Estimate
Travel to the plants on a need basis – 30-40%
