Role Description
- New Product/Process development for in-house manufactured products
- Should have good Knowledge of Chemistry and capable to scale up the products
- Should have good knowledge in plant distillation, batch/unit operations
- Must have experience in handling various types of reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification & Characterization of new molecules/API’s
- Must have knowledge of purification of Solvent and different purification techniques
- Setting up laboratory equipment and conducting tests and experiments
- Work as team in Laboratory
- Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments records
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean and Six Sigma is a plus
- Experience in handling pilot scale batches
- Knowledge of conducting process validation, SOP preparation, and audit documents
- Development of new product and scale up of products manufactured in another site
- Must have experience in handling various types of reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification & Characterization of new molecules/API’s
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience; B.E or B Tech in Chemical Engineering
- M.Sc./Ph.D Inorganic Chemistry
