The Core Job Responsibilities of the Position Holder:
- Primarily responsible for Calibration, Maintenance / External Calibration of all instruments and equipment in QC.
- Responsible for Reference Standard / Working Standard / Primary Standard Management.
- Responsible for Preparation and Management of Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
- Responsible for Qualification of all instruments in QC.
- Preparation of working standards.
- Coordination for AMC and external tie-ups for equipment and keeping records of equipment maintenance.
- Preparation and management of Volumetric Solution and Test Solution.
- Ensuring compliance with the EPD Global Guidelines.
- Review of documents related to GLP.
- Breakdown management related to all instruments in QC and updating related documents.
- Ensuring timely updates in documents as per the Pharmacopoeia amendments.
- Coordination for the timely availability of amended documents.
- Facing internal audits and external audits and ensuring compliance.
- Conducting on-job training-related activities in QC.
- Analysis of additional samples for laboratory investigations.
- Coordinating and aligning practices and procedures in line with COBC requirements.
- Playing a coordinator role for ISO-train and Darius system for compliance and training in electronic systems per timelines.
- Uploading questionnaires in Brainshark and Istrian.
- Reviewing the audit trails.
- Preparation of SOP, Specification & STP in Darius.
- Carrying out incident and exception investigations.
- Handling other work assigned by the Section Head.
In the absence of the position holder: The subordinate Executive / Manager working in the section or the authorized designee (as applicable) shall be responsible for day-to-day operations.
