How you’ll spend your day
- 24 × 7 audit readiness.
- Experience on HPLC and Empower software.
- Basic Chemistry Knowledge.
- Responsible to work in different shifts.
- Participation in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure 100% participation in training related to CAPAs.
- Responsible for initiating and investigating LIR, OOS, OOT, and borderline results and reporting them to the in-charge.
- Supporting document sharing from QC to RA/other requirements.
- Determining team priorities in accordance with the plant’s needs, while coordinating with the team leader/Manager.
- Following housekeeping, cGMP, GLP, and Safety Guidelines in the laboratory.
- Sampling and analysis of RM/FG/intermediates/cleaning samples based on requirements and result entry in analytical sheets, QA forms, LIMS, and online documentation as per data integrity norms.
- Performing analytical tests according to the monograph and SOP.
- Responsible for calibration and verification of instruments.
- Maintaining reserved sample rooms, chambers, autoclaves, and incubators.
- Assisting in-charge with document preparation related to the department (e.g., STPs, SOPs).
- Ensuring the sampling of finished products, raw materials, and intermediates, and sending samples to outside laboratories for analysis.
- Ensuring sampled, approved, and rejected labels are prepared on time as required.
- Responsible for maintaining stock records of chemicals and reconciliation of standards.
- Performing any other job assigned by the QC Manager or Group Leader – QC.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor/Master of Science (Chemistry).
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
