Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee at Resil Chemicals in Malur. The Trainee will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to learning about silicone formulations, textile finishing processes, and specialty applications. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in research and development projects
- Supporting production activities
- Learning from industry consultants to gain valuable experience in the field
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of chemistry and materials science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Interest in exploring innovative technologies and materials
- Good communication and organizational skills
