Introduction to Role:
Join our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit as a Senior Scientist in Pharmacokinetics. This role is an opportunity to shape a new way of working built around co-creation, where we draw on our diverse knowledge to reflect the diversity of our patients. You will design and review clinical pharmacology study protocols, carry out non-compartmental pharmacokinetic analysis, prepare regulatory submissions, and work closely with various teams and organizations.
Accountabilities:
As a Senior Scientist, you will provide pharmacokinetic methodology for inclusion in analysis plans and clinical protocols. You will produce pharmacokinetic tables, conduct non-compartmental analyses, interpret data to support dose progression, and write the pharmacokinetic sections of clinical study reports. You will also assist in the development of departmental guidelines, train and mentor other pharmacokinetists, and prepare submission documentation for Health Authorities.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy
- 2-10 years experience in pharmacokinetic data analysis (i.e. Phoenix WinNonlin or similar) and report writing
- Knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Experience with PK-PD modeling
- Team player who works with others respectfully and cordially
- The ability to adapt, work through conflicts, and persuasively influence outcomes
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations and written/oral communications
- Good oral and written English language fluency
