Required Abilities

To ensure cleaning documentation, area monitoring and maintenance of Laundry area, laundry dispatch, disinfectant area, all the equipment of vial loading, vial washing, and Depyrogenation area.
Responsible for preparation, filtration, and distribution of disinfectant solution to their respective areas.
To ensure cleaning and operation of garment washing machine, garment drying machine, and laminar Air Flow, machine setting, operation, assembling/disassembling, changeover of vial loading, vial washing, and Depyrogenation tunnel activities has been performed as per procedure.
Supervising the washing, drying, packing, and sealing of clean room area & grade C area garments.
Batch initiation of routine batches as per production planning.
To carry out the Cleaning, Operation, documentation, and maintenance of all the vial washing & tunnel area equipment.
Responsible for online documentation as per cGMP along with routine log book management of production activity and equipment.
Responsible for preparation of departmental related documents (SOP/BMR/Protocols).
Process data compilation of the vial washing & depyrogenation tunnel area.
Execution of various (Internal & External) equipment/process related validation activities.
To ensure the effective cleaning and sanitation of vial washing and depyrogenation tunnel area as per schedule.
Preparation and updating of routine production documents.

Qualification – B.Sc. or D-Pharma

Experience – Fresher
