Invitro Biochemical Assays, RA/SRA – Bioanalyst

Enveda is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Research Associate/Senior Research Associate specialized in studies to join our DMPK department as a Bioanalyst. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our drug discovery programs by conducting bioanalytical assays to assess druggability and/or pharmacokinetics profiles of NCE’s.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and validate bioanalytical methods for the quantitative analysis of drug candidates in biological matrices
• Execute bioanalytical assays using LC-MSMS, HPLC techniques to quantify drug concentrations in biological samples
• Analyze and interpret bioanalytical data, ensuring accuracy, precision, and adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemists and pharmacologists, to provide bioanalytical support
• Identify and address issues related to bioanalytical assays

Requirements:

• Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field with experience in DMPK department
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably in DMPK/Drug Discovery
• Hands-on experience in bioanalytical method development and sample analysis using LC-MSMS and HPLC
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and contribute to a dynamic research environment
