Welcome to Ipca Laboratories Limited, a reputable pharmaceutical company located in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are currently seeking a Chemist/Sr. Chemist to join our team.
Designation: Chemist / Sr. Chemist
Experience: 2 years in SRP
Qualification: B Sc – Chemistry / BE/ B Tech – Chemical
Plant / Job Location: Dewas, M.P.
Job Description:
- To monitor the process & execution of batches as per applicable BPCR / SOP.
- To keep the equipment, utensils, materials, required containers etc with proper status as per applicable SOP.
- To receive R.M. & Solvents from stores & check for correctness as per “Raw Material Requisition Slip” & to keep/store at the assigned place.
- To check & ensure the correct raw material with correct qty. in correct equipment as per mentioned procedure in applicable BPCR.
- To ensure proper housekeeping in the plant.
- To fill the BPCR, Usage log books, and related documents online & correctly.
- To send the sample to Q.C. timely along with intimation as per procedure. After receiving & reviewing, to be entered in BPCR timely.
- To ensure that batches are charged on time as per scheduled planning.
- Hand over & take over charge at the end of the shift, take charge on the spot near to the equipment applicable with physical verification of process parameters, materials & all related documents.
- To send an intimation slip to the Maintenance Department for any breakdown / minor maintenance Jobs & to ensure and check the job on completion of work.
- To report any incident or any undesired event to reporting senior and In case of any emergency immediately contact the Plant In-Charge.
- To maintain cGMP & safety and implementation of safety guidelines in the plant.
- To dispose of the generated waste from the plant timely by following the applicable procedure & safety instructions.
- To ensure execution/completion of any work with safety permit system & necessary safety equipment.
- Any other work as & when required, given by Plant In-Charge.
