Job Summary:
They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Chemist to join our team in Promea. The Production Chemist will be responsible for manufacturing and ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical products by following established procedures, complying with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare equipment and materials required for production
• Operate production equipment, such as vessels and filtration systems, and monitor production processes to ensure that they operate effectively and efficiently
• Ensure proper documentation of all processes, including batch records, logbooks, and other documentation required
• Conduct in-process quality control checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance on production equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve production processes and product quality
