Job Title: Material Implementation Expert
Eligbility Criteria & Experience:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in MS&T or other manufacturing or procurement roles
•Project management experience are a bonus
•University degree in pharmacy, chemistry or other equivalent natural or engineering science degree
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Responsible for material implementation and material lifecycle management at material/category/platform level and forms a link between site needs and procurement strategy
•Supports sites with identification of suitable material for site needs and implementation of it and manages implementation team consisting of responsible functions (eg. Site, MS&T, procurement, etc) to deliver on rollout plan
•Coordinates timely implementation of material lifecycle activities for all sites in scope
•Responsible and accountable to develop, together with the team, rollout plan, milestones and implementation strategy and accountable to ensure all implementation activities are completed in accordance with rollout plan and
drives material implementation governance•Set-up and maintain the material implementation/project charter, status report and baseline planning in appropriate system where relevant and owns oversight of activities on material level
•Responsible for preparing (in collaboration with ERC and sites) and driving Business Continuity plans at material level for defined scope and escalations of critical issues in accordance with the defined escalation processes
•Identifies harmonization opportunities to reduce complexity and potential risks and elaborate contingency plans as appropriate
•Consolidate and ensure up-to date input to Product & Project Review and Leads ad-hoc activities as needed
