Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for a Funded Project of the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS) in the Department of Chemistry, School of Advanced Sciences, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) @ Vellore campus.

“Investigations on Synthesis and Coordination Behaviour of Phosphine Oxides and their Foam Materials for the Separation of Lanthanides and Actinides in the backend of the fuel cycle”
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry with NET/GATE qualification
Desirable (if any):
Candidates having strong knowledge in synthetic chemistry and analyzing the spectral data will be preferred. (Industrial experience will be given more considation).
Stipend: Rs. 31,000 /- per month (for first two years) and it can be extendable upto 3 years based on work satisfaction of the candidate. The redesignation will be given by the committee in the third year as SRF @ Rs. 35,000/-.
