Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Dahej-Bharuch, (Gujarat), INDIA
Eligibility Criteria: Diploma Chemical Engineering or B Sc-Chemistry
Experience : 3 to 6 year
Skills :
- Production experience of Batch Processes in chemical/Agro-chem./pharma industry
- Exposure to chemical handling operations
- Exposure to Production systems with Hands-on Reactor & Column Operations,
- Understanding of Process Flow & necessary parameters maintaining
- Exposure to Quality & Safety Operation System & adhering to Standard
Key Responsibilities:
- To follow Safe operating procedures and practices at all times.
- Observe quality specifications of intermediates and products.
- Ensuring good housekeeping and follow standard HSE practices.
- Daily monitoring of equipment and processes & Operating areas
- Registering plant data in plant log sheet in every shift. Record the stock of input/intermediate/output material/inventory level and notify Shift In-charge
- Supervision of all jobs done by contractual workers.
- To undergo training recommended by the Superiors, Manager, HR, and HSE department.
