Project Title: “Chemistry and biology of natural products and selenium antioxidants”.
Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. in Chemistry, specializing in organic chemistry or inorganic
chemistry or physical chemistry with at least two publications in peer-reviewed research journals.
Preference will be given to fresh Ph.D. candidates.
Experience: The candidate should have a good knowledge of synthetic chemistry,
photochemistry and biophysical chemistry. Knowledge of chalcogen chemistry and biology is desirable.
Tenure: The position is offered for a period of six to eight months tentatively starting from May 2022
Emoluments: Commensurate with post-Ph.D. research experience of the candidate, in the range of Rs. 47000 – Rs. 54000 (+ HRA as per DAE rules) per month.
