The Project Manager, EU Communications is responsible for the development and implementation of solutions that support the strategy set by the Director of Project Management, EU Communications. Such solutions include a Project Management Platform (WRIKE) which will underpin all Project Scopes, Regional Workflow Management, Internal & External Resource Planning, and Job Prioritisation to ensure delivery excellence within agreed briefs, deadlines, and budgets

Essential
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- An experienced Project Management professional capable of managing multiple projects at once
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management Platform management (experience in WRIKE not essential but desired)
- A solid understanding of the complete Project Management lifecycle including financial management
- Confident and convincing communication skills (including presentations), adaptable to the audience in question
- A willingness to constructively challenge colleagues, other internal teams, and clients alike
- Comfortable advising and collaborating with other extended team members
- A positive ‘can-do attitude that motivates others, and a passion to make a difference
Competent in MS Office suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) - Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and administrative skills
Desired
- Knowledge and experience in a healthcare/pharma environment
- Knowledge and experience in an agency environment
- A proven track record in Project Management within an Omnichannel environment, including experience of successfully running large complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record in launching a PM Platform for an agency
Responsibilities
- To lead the design and implementation of the Project Management Platform (WRIKE) for
- EU Communications, and any future solutions that are identified. Includes monitoring and reporting on the uptake and recommending initiatives to drive competency in and utilization of the solution.
- To be responsible for estimating, resource and workflow planning, financial tracking and timeline management on specific client accounts. This will involve working collaboratively with Client Account Handling Functions and directly with Clients (in association with Omnichannel Customer Experience Design Team, Creative Expression Team, Strategy
- Team and Omnichannel Delivery Team) to assess scope, KPIs, costs, required internal and external resources, workflow, timelines, and priority
- Keeping all vested stakeholders informed of project progress, in particular raising urgent/critical issues for the attention of the Director of EU Project Management
- Be a strong advocate for the use of appropriate hardware/software to meet the needs of the business
- Building strong and influential internal and client relationships
Manage external partnerships – freelancers, contractors and third-party vendors - Perform any other ad hoc or permanent duties as reasonably required by the company
