Job Title: Account Solution Representative, CSR
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree with 3 years of relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical science industries
- Experience in Order to Cash Management and Order Fulfillment is a must
- Strong experience in the SAP system and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities – From quotation to payment realization
- Order Handling – End-to-End Order Management, & Order Fulfillment
- Supporting new product development
- Responsible for creating customer feedback notification and on time closing with full satisfaction of customer need.
- Constant updating to sales team and customers on the regular & forthcoming shipments.
- Constant tracking with Production, Sales & Internal Logistics team with regards to Delivery.
- Issuing of reports according to needs from various regional and local leadership teams
- Working on SAP SD Module Application for processing & executing quotation & sales orders.
- Responsible for shipment planning and coordination with various overseas offices.
- Maintain various official records (manual and computerized) and correspondence details.
- Handling of various projects
- Performing other duties as assigned
