Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow to work on a
research project sponsored by DST-SERB, under the supervision of Dr. Sajeli Begum, Department of Pharmacy, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus. Check out all the details on the same below:
Project Title: Synthesis of novel coumarin-based lignans targeting pro-inflammatory
cytokines for the treatment of chronic kidney diseases
Duration of the project: 3 years
Job Title: One (01) Junior Research Fellow
Fellowship amount: Rs. 31,000/month
Eligibility requirements:
1. M.Pharm (Medicinal Chemistry)/M.Sc.(Organic Chemistry) with hands-on experience in
synthesis and purification techniques
2. Candidates with a minimum of two-years pharmaceutical industry experience will be given
preference.
3. Experience in cell culture studies and animal handling would be an added advantage.
4. In addition, good oral and written communication skills are highly desirable.
