Accountabilities Scope of work
- Equipment handling
- Operation and Cleaning of Equipment used in the process area.
- Troubleshooting of the equipment during the process.
- Calibration and verification of the balances used in the process area.
- Production Planning
- Manufacturing and packing of the products as per BMR / BPR.
- Material Handling
- Dispensing of Raw and packing material.
- Documentation
- Maintaining the daily logs of the process area.
- BMR / BPR filing during process area.
- Safety, health and environment
- On line monitoring of the environmental conditions in the process area.
Functional Skills
- Handling of production equipment.
- Documentation capabilities like filling of BMR / BPR etc.
- Knowledge of basic cGMP
Behavioural Skills
- General Awareness: Knows the fundamental or general understanding of concepts.
- Working Knowledge: Has broad job knowledge; knows and applies the full range of concepts and practices. Has broad/working knowledge of the subject. Candidate should use this concept in day to day practices.
