Location Gajraula — IPQC FC2 Lab
Job Summary Releasing or rejecting intermediates & Final products analysis and report the result timely to the plant.
Reports to Dy. Manager IPQC FC2 Lab
Qualifications & Experience Full Time MSC in chemistry. 2-3 years of relevant experience in the instrumental analysis of IPQC Lab.
Personal Characteristics Good interpersonal and positive attitude in work. Excellent in verbal and written communications.
Job Profile
- To analyze the in-process sample of intermediate & final product received in FC2 IPQC.
Preparation & standardization of reagent solutions used in the analysis to ensure the authenticity of results. - Handling and calibration of sophisticated instruments (HPLC, GC, UV & Tintometer etc.).
- To maintain good housekeeping and safe work practices.
- To calibrate lab instruments as per the standard operating procedure.
- Perform analytical instrument troubleshooting.
- Reviewing and establishing process control standards and methods to implement them in in-process control analysis.
- To check standards and factors for each process samples to ensure accurate analysis.
- To have awareness about IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 & RC 140001)
- To have awareness about TPM & cGMP.
