Technical/Functional Skills:
- Sound knowledge in synthetic organic chemistry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills
Experience: 3-8 years relevant post qualification experience in the lead role

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients and reporting managers on a daily or regular basis
- Project and resource allocation
- Supervising the team members
- Troubleshooting the areas associate with client relationship
- Participating in the regular teleconferences or videoconferences for maintaining effective client communication
- Maintaining a good talent pool and minimize the attrition
- Exploring and acquiring knowledge in new areas of chemistry
- Participating in the conference
- Maintaining the productivity matrices
- Preparedness to work at a bench along with chemists
- Possess the knowledge and exposure to the environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team
