Job Title: Claims Adjudication – Process Associate & Sr. Associate

Qualification– Any Graduate / B. Pharma,

Experience – 1yr- 6yrs

Shift Requirement – Should be flexible for 24*7 Shifts

Working Days – 5 days

Job Description:

• US Healthcare – US Claims adjudication experience mandatory.
• US Healthcare experience required with good communication skills.
• Strong knowledge and working experience of Hospital Indemnity /Accident/ Disability
• Candidate should be aware about medical terminology knowledge.
  Underwriting, B Pharma,
• Should have handled and verified documents before paying/denying claims
• Experience in Group Disability Insurance Underwriting / Workers Compensation /
• Disability Insurance.

Skill Set Required–

• Strong commitment to customer service and quality
• Excellent keyboard skills
• Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication skills (Written + Verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exposure to US Healthcare Insurance and hands on experience is preferred
• Flexible to work in rotational shift
• Good analytical skills
• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed SLA
• An Effective team player with high integrity and positive attitude
• Well versed with MS office suits application
