Qualifications:
- New Product Identifications and IP strategies
- Patent search and landscape, preparing FTO, patent opinions for formulation patents
- PBL’s patents drafting & patent prosecution
- Preparing world wide report for all formulation related patents
- All para IV activities and handling ANDA litigations
- Patent Oppositions and Revocations
Experience : 3 to 6 years
Education : MSc Organic Chemistry
