Job Description:
– Responsible for Literature Search and preparation of development strategy for pMDI formulation
– Responsible for API characterization, particle engineering and checking of formulation feasibility
– Responsible for development, optimization of pMDI formulation & process through QbD approach
– To Contribute in developing and optimizing inhaler device for pMDI application
– Responsible for data interpretation, preparation of development report and technology transfer documents
– Responsible for technology transfer, process standardization for scaleup/exhibit stage at production plant
– Having knowledge of pMDI equipments at lab scale & commercial scale
– Trouble shouting of product at commercial manufacturing location
– Experience in formulation development of pMDI for Advance markets
– Experience in operation & calibration of various formulation equipment specific to pMDI application
– Thorough knowledge of QbD approach, FDA, MHRA & ICH guidelines
Qualifications:
- Work Experience : 4 to 8 year
- Msc Chemistry
