To ensure smooth and safe operation of Kiln and cement mill to achieve production target.
Minimize power consumption by optimum mill operation with maintaining consistent quality parameter.
Preparation & updating of day to day production, MIS, SAP & other all department related reports.
To ensure safe working environment for mill operation & raw material handling operation.
Coordination with other department to improve the plant performance.
To implement/follow/participation in all safety standards, WCM & ISO System for the excellence of the organization.
Look after plant PM shutdown, annual shutdown & mill re-gradation activities.
Qualifications:Â Â
B.Sc /M.Sc (Chemist) or Diploma in Chemical/ Cement Technology Having professional experience of 3-8 years in operation of Kiln and Mills/PLC operations.
