Job Overview:
Eurofins Advinus is seeking a Senior Associate – Project Management to manage client-sponsored projects from initiation through closure. The selected candidate will coordinate resources, monitor project execution, support regulatory compliance activities, and ensure effective communication between sponsors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Initiation: Update project details in systems, share cost documents, and conduct internal kick-off.
- Planning: Prepare project charter, risk register, Gantt chart, and communication plan.
- Execution: Ensure RM procurement, monitor timelines, and coordinate regulatory requirements.
- Control: Track scope, schedule, and cost; manage risks and change requests.
- Closure: Capture lessons learned, submit closure report, obtain sponsor acknowledgment, and release team.
Eligibility & Education
- Master’s degree in Chemistry.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years in project management within CDMO or Chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and cross-functional coordination.
Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Gantt charts) and excel work books.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks effectively.
