Job Description
- Analytical method development & validation by HPLC, GC, KF, Potentiometer, etc. as per requirement. Perform the analysis of the samples of different projects by using HPLC, GC, KF, UV, IR, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, etc.
- Perform wet lab analysis like water content, titrations, and ROI, etc.
- Calibration of the analytical lab instruments and equipment, HPLC, GC, KF, UV, IR, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, oven, and melting range apparatus, etc.
- Preparation of analytical method validation protocols and reports for different projects.
- Preparation of specification and STPs, Master calibration schedule, and method development reports as per the requirements.
- Provide the analytical results/updates to meet project timelines.
- Analysis of stability and hold time study samples.
- Handling & troubleshooting of HPLC, GC, Potentiometer, KF, IR, and Polarimeter instruments and wet analysis.
- Provide support for plant investigations and troubleshooting.
- Calibration of the lab instruments like HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV, Polarimeter, and analytical balances, etc., and review of calibration data.
- Preparation and maintenance of the reagents and standardization of the volumetric solutions.
- Online documentation and maintain laboratory records, column, standard usage & instrument usage log books.
- Maintain and qualify reference standards as per SOP.
- Keep the work area clean and auditable at all times.
- Following the safety practice in the lab, such as wearing PPE like Goggles, hand gloves, and lab coats, etc.
- Document preparation, such as change annexure, QRA, CCF, Lab incidence, and other documents.
