Eligibility for PhD Interview
- Age: Below 28 years (relaxation as per GoI rules)
- Qualification: Master’s degree (55% Gen / 50% Reserved categories)
- Fellowship: Valid JRF (CSIR-UGC NET, DBT, ICMR, DST-INSPIRE, etc.) till 31 July 2026
- Final-year PG students with qualifying exams can apply
- Candidates with GATE/JEST/NET (Cat 2/3) can apply (limited institute fellowships available)

- DST-INSPIRE admissions are provisional
- ICAR AICE-JRF alone is not sufficient
Fellowship
- JRF: ₹37,000 + HRA
- SRF: ₹42,000 + HRA
