Job Description – Chemical Research & Development (CRD)
Experience: Fresher to 1–2 Years

1. Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):
· Support process development, scale-up activities, and lab experiments.
· Conduct chemical reactions, sampling, filtration, crystallization, and basic analytical checks.
· Maintain accurate lab notebooks, experiment records, and data logs as per GLP guidelines.
· Assist senior scientists in optimization, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
· Handle chemicals, reagents, and laboratory equipment safely and efficiently.
· Perform material weighing, reaction monitoring, and sample submissions to QC.
· Ensure good housekeeping and adherence to GMP, GLP, and safety protocols.
· Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and EHS teams as required for project support.
2. Job Requirements:
· Basic understanding of organic chemistry, analytical techniques, and lab safety.
· Ability to work on multiple experiments under supervision and meet timelines.
· Good knowledge of lab procedures such as titrations, drying, distillation, reaction monitoring, etc.
· Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and observation skills.
· Comfortable working in a chemical R&D or process development environment.
· Willingness to work in shifts if required and learn advanced techniques.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
3. Qualification:
·B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry
·Specialization in Organic Chemistry preferred (optional but advantageous).
4. Salary:
· Freshers: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depends on Interview Performance) + Incentives
· Experienced (1–2 Years): Open / As per current CTC & experience
