- Position: Chemist – Cement Additive
- Location: Jhagadia, Gujarat, India
- Qualification & Experience: Degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Civil Engg. 2 or 3 years of experience in the cement field. Knowledge in cement, concrete, and cement additive technology
Objective:
Analysis and testing of cement additives, assisting the Line Manager in developing and modifying cement additives. Ideal for candidates seeking a Chemist Job or BSc Chemistry Jobs in an industrial environment. Capable of performing lab ball mill trials and evaluating raw materials used in cement additives.
Responsibilities:
- Physical Testing of cement additives against BIS standards
- Able to conduct lab ball mill trials with cement additives.
- Assist Line Managers in developing and modifying products.
- Testing new Chemicals or alternative Raw materials
- Making and analyzing new molecules
- Working closely with the technical team to develop new products
- Working closely with the sales team regarding market requirements on product features and performance
- Monitoring the production activity of cement additives on a daily basis
- Customer complaint analysis and evaluation
- Extending technical support to the sales team in conducting plant trials with cement additives at cement plants
- Trouble shooting
- Preparing reports and execution
